1. DELIVERY

Products will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks, depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries or queries, contact us at +91 8800989132 or via WhatsApp. Please note that deliveries may be delayed if:

• Complete payment is not received.
• Incorrect or inaccurate address details are provided.
• Required measurements are missing.
• We do not receive a response from the customer.

We partner with several third-party vendors to expedite deliveries. However, in case of delays caused by these vendors, OHOK cannot be held responsible.

2. SHIPPING

Free shipping is available for orders exceeding ₹100,000. International shipping is subject to the policies of the Government of India.

3. DELIVERY POLICIES

OHOK utilizes third-party logistics for all courier services and is not responsible for any delays caused by the logistics team. For deliveries within India or international shipments, clients are requested to bear the shipping charges. For ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD) services, an additional COD charge will be applied to the total order value.
